At Flexfit Headwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your headwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the kit.
